BeeWoman Foundation
The BeeWoman Foundation is the first and only non-profit women’s public organization in Ukraine that unites women beekeepers to preserve bees, develop beekeeping, and increase food security. Founded on October 8, 2019, the foundation implements scientific, educational, and outreach initiatives aimed at protecting honey bees and promoting beekeeping products. The organization also offers distance learning in beekeeping, supports women in the industry, and promotes the introduction of managed pollination.
To combine all these areas into a single effective system, the BeeWomen team turned to ERP Consulting, Ukrainian experts in implementing ERP solutions based on Odoo Enterprise.
Task
To build a modern digital ecosystem that combines sales management, training, logistics, communication and finance in one platform.
Solution
The ERP Consulting team implemented comprehensive automation from scratch, implementing key Odoo modules:
- CRM – for accounting of partners, clients and program participants. The system allows you to track interaction history, plan tasks and improve service quality.
- Sales – automated process of processing orders and client requests.
- Warehouse – control of balances, movement of goods, purchases and internal operations.
- Website and Online Store (eCommerce) – a convenient platform for online sales and project promotion has been created.
- Online Learning (eLearning) – a module for distance education has been implemented, with lessons, tests and progress tracking.
- Integration with the bank – for automatic accounting of payments and formation of payment documents.
- Integration with the New By mail – for generating TTN, tracking delivery and convenient logistics directly in Odoo.
Result:
BeeWomen received not just an ERP system, but a flexible solution that covers all areas of their activity — from the first client request to issuing a certificate of completion of training, from placing an order to its delivery.
Odoo allowed the team to focus on business and community development, and transfer routine processes to the system.
ERP Consulting implemented an ambitious, multifunctional project for a socially important initiative. This is an example of how modern automation tools help change the world — starting with a specific community.
