Key requirements:
- University degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business/Accounting/Management. Master’s degree in business management is an advantage.
- Education in the field of Odoo, knowledge of the Framework
- Experience in Odoo implementation is required
- Ability to solve production and trade problems, experience in similar projects
- Preferred knowledge of English – intermediate level
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand a detailed list of requirements
- Ability to create a basic use case for a detailed list of requirements for one functional process/department.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to create manual and training material according to end use cases
- Ability to reproduce system problems in real time and document them for reporting
- Ability to create good detailed meeting minutes
- Strong time management and self-organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and business processes to develop business solutions with detailed requirements
- Online meetings with clients (Skype/ZOOM\MEET)
- Support/assist customers to ensure they are satisfied with the new system/software.
- Internal testing of configuration/development before releasing it to UAT by business users
- Control the solution by setting specifications and coordinating production with programmers
- Created functional specification and UAT plan, prepared tests and assisted with user training and end user deployment preparation
- Identify program problems by communicating with clients; assessment procedures and processes. Provide troubleshooting and production support
- Training of client personnel
- Communicate with software engineers to understand Odoo’s limitations
- Assist software developers in system development, such as providing use cases, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
- Writing a user manual
